DIGITAL FASHION TWINS PROGRAM · AGENCY PARTNERSHIPS

Your roster, monetized in a new way.

We turn your talent into Digital Fashion Twins. Your models stay yours. We generate recurring income without them losing availability for your traditional productions.

What we offer agencies

  • We turn the talent you select into Digital Fashion Twins, with a professional session included (4-6 hours in Mexico City, crew and location on us).

  • The agency receives a percentage of every license, separate from the percentage the model receives. Percentages are agreed per agency, within standard bands.

  • Monthly reports per talent: how many licenses, which brands, which categories, how much was generated.

  • The model stays available for your traditional productions. No exclusivity, no calendar blocks.

  • The agency keeps the contractual relationship with its models. We're an additional client, not a competitor.

  • Written contracts, clear, with exit clauses.

What we ask

  • An initial conversation to understand your roster, your preferred terms, and our standard bands.

  • Availability for joint capture sessions (planned in advance).

  • A master agreement signed before the first session.

  • Each talent included in the program signs their own individual agreement derived from the master — it's not a generic contract, it's built case by case.

What happens after you apply

You fill out the form and we contact you within the next five business days to schedule a forty-minute call. On that call we go over: how the program works, the commission bands, the terms of the master agreement, and which talent from your roster would be candidates for a first session.

After the call, if there's mutual interest, we send you a draft of the master agreement. If everything fits, we schedule the first capture session. If it doesn't fit — because the terms don't work for one of us — we part on good terms and let you know when something changes.

We're launching the program with a first group of partnerships within the next ninety days.

How we get to know you

The information you share is used solely to evaluate the potential partnership. If we move forward, every specific term is agreed in writing in the master contract. The first conversation isn't binding on either party.

Frequently asked questions

There are three sides to each license: the model, the agency, and FashionPro. The standard bands are: 20-35% for the model (by tier), 10-20% for the agency, and the rest for FashionPro (which covers infrastructure, capture, platform, support, and operations). The exact percentages are agreed in the master contract based on volume, categories, and specific terms.

No. The capture session is a single day. After that, the Digital Fashion Twin exists on the platform without requiring the model's presence. Brands use the image to generate photos digitally — they don't hire the model for a new session. That means the model stays 100% available for traditional productions, in-person campaigns, editorials, everything the agency already does with them.

No. FashionPro replaces catalog and e-commerce photos — the lowest-margin segment for a traditional agency, where the client wants speed and volume, not campaign production. Big campaigns with narrative, location, and art direction still need in-person production. Our segment is complementary, not a substitute.

If your model already applied as an individual and you represent them, contact us before the capture session — we'll coordinate so the contract reflects the agency relationship from the start. If we find out later, we'll let you know so you can talk it over with the model and tell us how to proceed. We don't move forward without contractual clarity.
