If you bought credits before — here's what happens.

The new version of the product changes the pricing system. Your credits aren't lost.

If you bought credits on the previous version of FashionPro, we honor them until you use them up or until the validity period that applied when you bought them. What you paid for is still there.

There's no forced migration. We won't give you an ultimatum. When you finish your credits — or when you decide you want to move to the new system — you pick a plan on the pricing page and we'll walk you through the change.

If you have specific questions about your account, write to support. We'll confirm how many credits you have left and through what date they're valid. When you finish your credits, we'll invite you into the new system from the main site.
